Our Meditation/Breathing Fundamentals course allows students the opportunity to experience the synergistic effects of a quality breathing practice combined with a quality meditation practice. The breathing program will identify and remedy any aberrant breathing patterns you have developed (90% of the population has breathed in an aberrant way since they were 5 years old), increase the flexibility of the rib cage (allowing one to take a proper breath with the diaphragm), strengthen the breathing muscles, and teach you how to use breathing techniques to increase, decrease, or harmonize the nervous system.
