6-Week Breathing and Meditation Fundamentals Course (Begins on Sunday, April 7, @ 6pm CST)

Our Fundamentals course allows students the opportunity to experience the synergistic effects of a quality breathing practice combined with a quality meditation practice. The breathing program will identify and remedy any aberrant breathing patterns you have developed (90% of the population breathes in an aberrant, and has done so since they were 5 years old), increase the flexibility of the rib cage (allowing one to take a proper breath with the diaphragm), strengthen the breathing muscles, and teach you how to use breathing techniques to increase, decrease, or harmonize the activation of the nervous system.

The course is conducted live over Zoom. All sessions are recorded and can be requested as needed if you miss a class.
